Co-founder of Hanna and Hutchinson, Ciaran was previously the Civil Engineering Director of BDP Belfast. He is a chartered Civil & qualified CEEQUAL Assessor, bringing his environmental expertise together with his vast engineering experience. Ciaran has worked on a wide spectrum of construction projects ranging from Housing, Water and Wastewater, Infrastructure, Education, Retail, Public Realm, Leisure and Transport for both the private and public sectors; his experience includes Derry City Centre Public Realm, Bangor Grammar School, and Solas Bhride Retreat Centre and Hermitages - which has been awarded Sustainable Initiative of the Year 2019 and has been nominated for several other awards and accolades.

John is the co-founder of Hanna and Hutchinson, previously the Structural Engineering Director of BDP Belfast. As a Chartered Civil & Structural Engineer, John has over 25 years experience of structural design within many areas including steelwork, masonry, and timber. This work includes a range of challenging and innovative projects across many sectors such as infrastructure, Healthcare, Leisure, Industry, along with significant residential and retail development. John has delivered a range of award winning projects including the Victoria Square regeneration project in Belfast city centre, which has received over 10 awards and accolades including RIAI Irish Architecture Awards (2009) Best Retail Development.

Gareth is a Chartered Engineer and a qualified CEEQUAL Assessor with over 28 years' experience of Civil Engineering design, project management and construction supervision. Gareth has worked on a wide spectrum of construction projects ranging from Housing, Water and Wastewater, Infrastructure, Education, Retail, Public Realm, Leisure and Transport for both the private and public sectors; an award winning multidisciplinary and complex approach to design. Gareth looks forward to his role within Hanna + Hutchinson and shall bring his wealth of experience to help augment the business and increase the projects portfolio.
